Manager, Enterprise Sales: Leading and developing a team of Account Executives to drive annual recurring revenue growth for hirify.global solutions, with an accent on pipeline building and positioning the product experience. Focus on achieving challenging targets, providing accurate forecasts, and coaching team members to leverage resources and understand the product portfolio.

Location: Remote in the United States. May be required to work periodically at a hirify.global office or collaborative work location with other hirify.global employees in your area for certain events or moments that matter.

Salary: $128,800 - $377,800 USD

What you will do

  • Provide leadership to a team of Account Executives, motivating them to drive new hirify.global solutions.
  • Ensure the team achieves targets and has effective pipeline-building plans.
  • Proactively approach key prospects and effectively position the product experience.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and pipeline creation projections.
  • Coach team members on leveraging resources and managing opportunities in Salesforce and Clari.
  • Develop team members' understanding of the product portfolio.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience showing successful achievement of quota in the Enterprise space (1000 employees and up).
  • Minimum of 3 years growing and leading a sales organization within the software industry as a first-line leader.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience selling into the healthcare industry.
  • Fluent oral and written language skills in English.
  • Experience in selling IT, Mobility and Security products/solutions (preferred).
  • Experience in the area of legal and contract negotiations.

Nice to have

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Apple as an alliance partner.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute short-term and long-term sales strategy.
