What you will do
- Develop and execute GTM pathway sales strategies, goals, and objectives for the CEE region.
- Drive capability, new opportunities (pipeline), and bookings through partners and direct sales.
- Build, motivate, and lead a world-class, geographically dispersed sales organization.
- Cultivate strong relationships with senior executives of pathway partners and collaborate on business plans.
- Ensure sales operational excellence, accurate sales forecasts, and manage sales pipelines.
- Interface with engineering, marketing, and services to provide market and customer insights.
Requirements
- Minimum 8-10+ years’ experience leading enterprise and commercial software sales teams in a direct-sales model.
- Proven track record of building and evolving teams into top performers, including talent assessment and succession planning.
- Experience leading geographically dispersed sales teams in a demanding competitive environment.
- Track record in consultative solution selling of enterprise-grade integrated solutions and/or platforms.
- Demonstrated success operating in a highly matrixed organization with active cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills (English C1 equivalent) to interact with confidence and credibility at all levels.
