Focus on building and leading partner teams, ensuring corporate strategy alignment, and recruiting partners into the hirify.global Partner Network.

Location: Remote from Sweden, covering Nordics & Benelux

What you will do

  • Lead the partner organization across all routes to market (SI’s, GSIs, Resellers, VARs, CSPs, ISVs) in the North region.
  • Achieve co-sell, referral, resale, Use Case wins, and Partner sourced business targets through goal setting and pipeline management.
  • Lead, hire, and grow partner teams in the region as a people leader.
  • Drive alignment between Partner Development/Sales Managers and hirify.global’s field organization.
  • Collaborate with the Partner Sales Engineering team to provide technical coverage and accelerate practice development.
  • Recruit partners into the hirify.global Partner Network to build scale and address capacity gaps.

Requirements

  • Previous experience building and leading a partner organization in the region.
  • Strong presence with an established network around the regional partner ecosystem.
  • Experienced builder of inspired teams that drive demonstrable growth in complex environments.
  • Intimate knowledge of partner business models with a strong focus on channel sales in a cloud computing environment.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales objectives and drive accurate forecasting of partner business.
  • Ability to travel 25%+ of the time.
  • 15+ years of a mix of partner management and partner sales experience.
