Regional Channel Manager (Cybersecurity): Evangelizing the hirify.global value proposition and cultivating strategic partnerships to drive mutual revenue growth with an accent on engaging new partners, deepening existing relationships, and ensuring operational follow-through. Focus on building targeted partnership strategies, developing trust-based relationships with partner executives, and expanding market influence across the Southeast US territory.

Location: Remote within North Carolina, based out of Charlotte or Atlanta office, requiring travel throughout the Southeast territory. Must be authorized to work in the US.

What you will do

  • Build, execute, and refine targeted partnership strategies and go-to-market campaigns to generate new opportunities.
  • Develop strong, trust-based relationships with partner executives and sales teams, ensuring joint planning and alignment.
  • Partner with marketing, sales support, and enablement teams to drive effective partner recruitment, onboarding, and training.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing and cross-training initiatives to strengthen partner capability and business continuity.
  • Provide leadership with timely activity reports, channel insights, and forecast updates.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry, partner, and customer events to expand market presence.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in channel, alliance, or partnership roles.
  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end software product lifecycle.
  • Exceptional presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and strategic influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing targeted partnership strategies and campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage culturally diverse partner ecosystems and segmented client sales portfolios.
  • Strong commercial acumen, executive communication capability, and operational discipline.
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
