What you will do

• Grow new business sales and upsell existing accounts within the CEE region.
• Apply a consultative sales approach to position cybersecurity solutions and exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with technical pre-sales and professional services teams to develop and present solutions.
• Develop strategic account and opportunity plans, managing the sales CRM and producing accurate forecasts.
• Build and nurture relationships with channel and service partners.
• Engage with senior executives within assigned accounts and present at board level.

Requirements

• Experience in Enterprise or Majors Account Management, consistently exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Proven ability to rebuild distressed accounts into top-producing customers with new business and renewal growth.
• Strong understanding of the security market, especially cloud migration and digital transformations.
• Experience working within a matrixed organization.
• Fluent in Polish and English.

• MEDDPICC or MEDDIC training.
