What you will do
- Be accountable for Key Account performance and achieving assigned sales targets.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
- Lead a joint strategic sell-out based account planning process.
- Develop the business by identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Successfully introduce and implement new product categories and key initiatives.
- Coordinate and execute local/pan-country campaigns with selected accounts.
Requirements
- Relevant sales experience with a focus on selling direct to e-Commerce and Retail channel partners.
- Strong collaboration, analytical, structured, highly driven, and solution-oriented skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build strategic relationships.
- Knowledge of trade marketing tools.
- Fluent English and Polish languages required.
