Senior Manager, Commercial (Sales): Managing and leading an Account Executive Team by overseeing sales, operations, and strategies for new and existing customers of hirify.global Software with an accent on driving high-volume results and maintaining pipeline discipline. Focus on coaching and developing Account Executives to achieve revenue targets and building strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of 5–10 Account Executives or Team Leads to achieve sales targets and drive high-volume results.
  • Oversee territory planning, pipeline management, and forecasting to ensure predictable and consistent performance.
  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts and implement scalable approaches to maximize team impact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including director- and C-level contacts.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align strategy and drive business outcomes.
  • Monitor performance metrics and address gaps to continuously improve team effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading or influencing sales teams within the Commercial market segment (500+ employees), with a proven track record of driving results through direct management or cross-functional leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive high-volume sales performance while maintaining pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting, and predictable results.
  • Success coaching and developing Account Executives to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Strong operational leadership skills, including territory planning, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
  • Experience managing both transactional sales cycles and select complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities within larger commercial accounts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
