What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of 5–10 Account Executives or Team Leads to achieve sales targets and drive high-volume results.
- Oversee territory planning, pipeline management, and forecasting to ensure predictable and consistent performance.
- Identify growth opportunities within accounts and implement scalable approaches to maximize team impact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including director- and C-level contacts.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align strategy and drive business outcomes.
- Monitor performance metrics and address gaps to continuously improve team effectiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading or influencing sales teams within the Commercial market segment (500+ employees), with a proven track record of driving results through direct management or cross-functional leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to drive high-volume sales performance while maintaining pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting, and predictable results.
- Success coaching and developing Account Executives to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Strong operational leadership skills, including territory planning, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
- Experience managing both transactional sales cycles and select complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities within larger commercial accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
