TL;DR

Sr. Account Executive (Sales): Managing strategic & enterprise prospects and clients in the Canadian market, driving net new revenue for the hirify.global for Business unit with an accent on consultative selling and cross-functional alignment. Focus on pipeline creation, deal cycle management, and building lasting client relationships.

Location: Hybrid. Work from home one day per week (Wednesday or Friday).

Salary: 150,000 USD OTE + uncapped commissions

What you will do

  • Own the relationship with hirify.global’s Enterprise and Strategic prospects and clients in Canada.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Drive new logo growth and a land & expand motion for top-tier customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Partners, Operations) to ensure alignment.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years in B2B sales (SaaS, Media, Entertainment, MICE or similar a plus).
  • Proven track record of achieving Sales targets.
  • Experience with MEDDIC/SPIN or similar methodologies is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; confident with senior stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
