What you will do

  • Engage with high-volume inbound leads from aspiring fund managers to qualify and prioritize prospects.
  • Deliver tailored consultative demonstrations of the Decile Hub platform to prospective clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and deal progression in CRM tools.
  • Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with clients through personalized outreach.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation and provide product roadmap insights.
  • Consistently hit and exceed sales quotas and key performance indicators in a fast-paced market.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience with direct involvement in the venture capital ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding of the venture capital industry and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • High proficiency in CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce and modern outreach tools.
  • Strong consultative sales approach with the ability to identify client needs and provide strategic solutions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for high-level interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy startup environment.
