What you will do

  • Proactively connect with and qualify a high volume of inbound leads from aspiring fund managers.
  • Leverage venture capital expertise to drive consultative sales and position the platform as an ideal solution.
  • Deliver compelling, tailored demos of the Decile Hub platform to showcase its capabilities.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting.
  • Forge trusted, long-term relationships with clients through personalized outreach and events.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies and provide insights to leadership.
  • Consistently surpass sales quotas and KPIs, driving revenue growth in a high-opportunity market.
  • Monitor venture capital trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven B2B sales success, with direct experience in the venture capital ecosystem.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to distill complex venture capital concepts.
  • Possess a proactive, resilient mindset with a hunger to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Deep proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital communication technologies.
  • Demonstrate a strategic, client-centric approach to sales, uncovering needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Exhibit strong multitasking and pipeline management skills with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
