Decile Group provides an AI-native fund administration platform that helps emerging managers launch, operate, and scale venture capital funds.

What you will do

• Own a sales territory focused on emerging fund managers.
• Identify and prospect venture capital GPs using outbound outreach and available tools, including AI.
• Explain how modern fund administration can improve operations compared with legacy platforms.
• Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to signed contract.
• Sell solutions ranging from Start Fund for first-time managers to migrations from legacy platforms.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the venture capital and emerging manager ecosystem.
• Understanding of fund structures and the day-to-day challenges faced by GPs.
• Experience building a sales pipeline independently and using available tools to improve results.
• Ability to conduct prospecting, engage GPs, present the product, and close contracts.
• Experience as a first sales hire or building something independently.
