Senior Director, Renewals-Enterprise: Driving retention and growth across the Americas enterprise portfolio, encompassing LATAM, Canada, and U.S. regions, strengthening Net Revenue Retention (NRR). Focus on building a high-performance, results-driven culture and influencing executive decision-making through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

What you will do

  • Establish processes and frameworks for collaboration across Renewals, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal.
  • Create engagement processes, playbooks, workflows, and training programs to enable collaboration and operational excellence.
  • Lead the team to reach Account Growth Quotas (Renewal + Expansion).
  • Own forecasting accuracy for the pipeline and bookings together with sales counterparts.
  • Create win back plays for the Enterprise.
  • Provide structured insights and customer and market trends in the Enterprise.

Requirements

  • 10+ years' experience leading successful Renewals, Sales or Customer Success Teams.
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales leadership with a focus on renewals and customer lifecycle management.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Expertise in negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
  • Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models preferred.
