What you will do
- Build and exceed your team's quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute evolving revenue plans and growth tactics.
- Develop long term customer, partner, and cross-functional relationships.
- Help your team understand the commercial goals of your customer and how they relate to our value proposition.
- Lead your team to communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
Requirements
- Native Spanish speaker, with business level fluency in English.
- 7+ years of experience as a high-growth SaaS leader with experience leading a hybrid inside/field sales team.
- 4+ years of experience translating a highly technical product into quantified business value for the C-Suite.
- 4+ years of experience selling against open source or freemium.
- Willing to travel to Spanish-speaking LATAM regions as needed, while maintaining a focus on the local Mexico market.
- Bachelor's degree required.
