TL;DR

Director, Enterprise Sales: Leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on incremental consumption and new business acquisition. Focus on building strategic revenue plans and fostering long-term customer and partner relationships in the Mexico market.

Location: Candidates are required to be based in Mexico City and maintain a hybrid in-office schedule.

What you will do

  • Build and exceed your team's quarterly/annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute evolving revenue plans and growth tactics.
  • Develop long term customer, partner, and cross-functional relationships.
  • Help your team understand the commercial goals of your customer and how they relate to our value proposition.
  • Lead your team to communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

Requirements

  • Native Spanish speaker, with business level fluency in English.
  • 7+ years of experience as a high-growth SaaS leader with experience leading a hybrid inside/field sales team.
  • 4+ years of experience translating a highly technical product into quantified business value for the C-Suite.
  • 4+ years of experience selling against open source or freemium.
  • Willing to travel to Spanish-speaking LATAM regions as needed, while maintaining a focus on the local Mexico market.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
