Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategic business development or relationship management within the fintech or financial services industry.
• Proven record of negotiating and closing complex deals with large financial institutions.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring professional teams.
• Deep expertise in financial technology platforms, payments, banking, or wealth management products.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous, startup-like environment.
