Salary: $110,000–$110,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Proactively identify new revenue opportunities and exceed quota within existing account base.
  • Drive growth and customer success by upselling and ensuring maximum product adoption.
  • Lead customer-focused Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategically plan and execute account growth, including cross-selling and targeted adoption strategies.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions and effective onboarding of key accounts from sales.
  • Become a trusted subject matter expert on the platform and industry to support customers.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of full-cycle B2B selling experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, or similar sales tools.
  • Ability to run a consultative sales motion focused on retention and expansion.
  • Strong organizational skills, including managing multiple accounts and maintaining CRM hygiene.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to partner with customers on solutions.
