- Oversee and manage the full customer lifecycle from technical integration to renewal.
- Establish clear retention goals and renewal milestones.

- Review and monitor customer feedback to improve experience.
- Lead project progress tracking across internal and client teams.
- Maintain detailed understanding of hirify.global products and assist customers.
- Optimize existing processes and actively enhance Customer Success initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years professional experience in healthcare customer success.
- Recent experience (within past 2 years) working with clinical leaders in acute care settings.
- Experience with inpatient Epic or Cerner EHR integrations (within past 2 years).
- Expert in leading meetings with healthcare client stakeholders and leadership.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, analytics, and modeling.
- Track record of fostering productive, long-term business partnerships.
- Located within 50 miles of a major airport and willing to travel to client sites (30% of time).
- Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
