TL;DR

Solution Engineer (AI): Leading the functional and technical sales process for hirify.global’s portfolio through discovery, requirements gathering, validation, and demonstration with an accent on articulating solution value, positioning products to business and technical users, and ensuring successful proof of concepts. Focus on leading technical aspects of the sales process, managing complex sales opportunities, and responding to RFIs/RFPs.

What you will do

  • Deliver demonstrations aligning the hirify.global portfolio with customer business challenges.
  • Identify functional and technical challenges of assigned accounts.
  • Manage and interpret customer requirements to understand, anticipate, and exceed needs.
  • Influence clients that hirify.global’s solution best satisfies their needs.
  • Lead all technical aspects of the sales process.
  • Assist with defining and executing successful proof of concepts (POC).

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in supporting multiple software products in sophisticated accounts.
  • 1+ years supporting Conversational AI and/or Digital Transformation solutions in enterprise accounts.
  • Exceptional presentation and demo capabilities, including customizing and building storyboards for demos and POCs.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving strategic deal wins.
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of interacting from C-level executives to front-line employees.

  • Certifications and knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google).
