Focus on understanding business goals, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring timely renewals and retention.
Location: Hybrid in Singapore (3 days return to office)

What you will do
- Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for customer accounts, ensuring proactive engagement.
- Collaborate with customers to align product capabilities with their business goals and develop shared success plans.
- Proactively guide customers in achieving objectives, leveraging product features and providing recommendations.
- Lead discovery sessions to identify new use cases and expand ' footprint within customer organizations.
- Build relationships with stakeholders across departments to increase product adoption and utilization.
- Be accountable for client consumption, renewal, and retention results.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in managing complex SaaS customers, Customer Success, Customer Engagement, or Account Management.
- Strong business acumen and conceptual understanding of IT operations processes.
- Ability to quickly develop strong relationships with users, commercial partners, and internal communities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
- Experience working with executives in client environments.
- Comfort with a fast-paced, dynamic, and hybrid work environment.
