TL;DR

Sales Director (FinTech): Taking full accountability for the consultative sale of hirify.global’s products and service offerings to existing clients across Asia with an accent on understanding diverse financial markets and managing sales campaigns. Location: Hybrid work arrangement in Singapore, requiring office attendance two days each week.

What you will do

  • Fulfill new and additional revenue goals across Asia.
  • Qualify, develop, and manage sales opportunities through to closure.
  • Support global and regional sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce and build a solid sales pipeline.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve market position and enhance customer focus.
  • Build relationships with clients, articulate business opportunities, and lead contract negotiations.

Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree with the capacity to engage in solution-oriented discussions with senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated enterprise-level sales expertise and effective prioritization.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders across various markets in the territory.
  • Deep understanding of business challenges hirify.global solutions address, with comfort in financial markets.
  • Skill in developing and performing sales strategies while leading deal teams to realize desired outcomes.
  • Proficient understanding of hirify.global’s offerings and ability to differentiate them in the market.
