What you will do

• Deliver ambitious company-level business objectives.
• Land and grow strategic USDC partnerships with key distribution partners across Asia.
• Execute commercial deals with organizations across various segments for hirify.global’s suite of products and services.
• Create and operationalize robust activation and growth programs to maximize ROI for hirify.global and its partners.
• Develop innovative partnership approaches that leverage hirify.global’s assets and tap into partner ecosystems to drive business growth.

Requirements

• 13+ years of experience in business development or similar function.
• 7+ years of experience developing strategic partnerships in fintech, banking, payments, and/or financial services.
• Proven ability to negotiate and win high-impact strategic deals with a C-level audience.
• Excellent pipeline management and an ability to prioritize across initiatives to maximize business growth.
• Demonstrable ability to work alongside technical resources and contribute to solution development.
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English, with Mandarin as a significant plus.
• An appetite for work travel (30-50% required depending on time of year).
