What you will do
- Own and exceed a regional enterprise sales quota.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline for large financial institutions in ASEAN, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on crypto compliance, risk, and security.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to local market dynamics.
- Build deep, long-term customer relationships that drive expansion, renewals, and referrals.
- Partner closely with Solutions, Product, and Marketing teams to shape positioning and customer outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience selling into financial institutions across ASEAN, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
- Experience selling compliance, risk, fraud, data, or security solutions.
- Established network within the ASEAN financial services ecosystem.
- Ability to think like an entrepreneur and develop market segments.
- Strong understanding of financial services buying processes, regulatory considerations, and cultural nuances of the region.
- Demonstrated experience building markets or territories from scratch.
- The ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value for customers.
- Willingness to travel across ASEAN as required.
- English: C1+ required.
