What you will do

• Shape and own the global strategy for the Solution Consulting department.
• Lead and inspire a team of first-line leaders, setting a clear vision and goals.
• Support the scaling of the global team for current and future needs.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Standardize best practices and processes, including sales playbooks, technical assessments, demos, and workshops.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate new product innovations and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience, including managing managers.
• Ideally, you've led a global or EMEA-wide organization before.
• Proven career growth as a Solution Consultant / Sales Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant.
• Experience working for high-growth SaaS or AI organizations.
• Proven track record of building high-performing teams that meet and exceed objectives.
• Demonstrate strong customer empathy and passion for revenue growth, backed by in-depth knowledge of enterprise technology solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills across various mediums and stakeholder groups.
