What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of 8–12 Business Development Managers (BDMs) through consistent mentorship.
- Drive high-performance by managing sales pipelines and analysing team effectiveness.
- Align team targets and KPIs with broader business objectives and growth priorities.
- Collaborate with other Sales Managers to share best practices and optimize sales processes.
- Partner with the Head of Sales to develop and execute winning regional strategies.
- Work with the People Team to source, interview, and onboard top-tier sales talent.

- Strong background in outbound B2B business development and prospecting.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage funnel and performance analytics.

- Track record of coaching and mentoring junior team members to success.
