What you will do
- Grow and retain a multi-million GPV portfolio of UK merchants and lead the development and analysis of portfolio performance.
- Understand merchant needs and local market trends to ensure Relationship Management delivers remarkable solutions.
- Cross-sell and upsell products and features through discovery, education, and product onboarding support.
- Negotiate renewals and execute multi-year account plans with strategic partners using Clearpay's value propositions.
- Deliver a tiered engagement contact strategy at scale to drive merchant usage, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to uncover insights and champion merchant advocacy within Afterpay.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience growing partners in a client-facing Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success role.
- Proven relationship/account management skills with the ability to influence across all partners to manage a portfolio.
- Experience discovering and closing sales opportunities and building client relationships.
- Experience exceeding revenue goals.
- Interest in business operations and strategy.
- Passion and knowledge about ecommerce and payment solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
