Customer Success Executive (Fintech): Converting warm leads into active Business Rewards Accounts and identifying further lending opportunities across the bank with an accent on the full end-to-end onboarding journey and persuasive communication. Focus on winning new accounts, understanding SME financial needs, and delivering excellent customer experience.

Location: Hybrid (London, UK) with flexible working options.

What you will do

  • Convert warm leads into open and funded Business Rewards Accounts.
  • Support new businesses through the assisted onboarding journey to deliver actively used accounts.
  • Persuade customers to switch primary banking and identify further lending opportunities across the bank.
  • Represent Allica professionally, communicating value propositions to decision-makers.
  • Gather customer feedback on potential future features and feed these into Product teams.
  • Work with Growth, Marketing, and Data teams to improve customer outcomes and targeting.

Requirements

  • General understanding of SMEs and similar financial products (e.g., payments, lending, accounting).
  • Proven track record in telephone-based lead generation with established SMEs, including business development from cold prospects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with evidence of outperformance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with specialist colleagues such as Relationship Managers, Operations, KYCB, and underwriters.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets, providing excellent customer service, and generating new income opportunities.
  • Ability to understand SME financial accounts and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
