What you will do

  • Quickly develop an understanding of our Ideal Customer Profile to target the best fit companies.
  • Generate conversations from inbound interest and marketing efforts.
  • Convert these conversations into qualified opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Effectively showcase hirify.global’s products and best practices through various channels.
  • Manage time effectively to consistently achieve and exceed target expectations.

Requirements

  • Experience in a previous Marketing, Sales, or Business Development role within a SaaS or B2B company.
  • Proactively look for new ways to accelerate results and enjoy testing new approaches.
  • Be coachable, accountable, and consistent in efforts to develop knowledge and results.
  • Believe in a consultative and human sales approach.

  • Ability to operate in an unstructured environment and embrace change.
