What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for banking clients, building trusted relationships with senior executives.
- Own program-level delivery oversight, defining scopes, managing implementation plans, and coordinating internal and client-side resources.
- Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery from onboarding through expansion.
- Oversee key technical implementations, including core banking integrations, teller system upgrades, and digital self-service launches.
- Monitor delivery metrics such as CSAT, NPS, and on-time/on-budget performance, facilitating executive-level reviews.
- Collaborate with the Digital Strategy Manager to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities for account growth.
Requirements
- 3-6+ years of experience in client leadership, program management, or implementation delivery in SaaS, fintech, or financial services.
- Must be based in the US.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical implementation projects and stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of core banking platforms, SSO/API integrations, and digital onboarding.
- Proficiency in project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools like Jira, Salesforce, or MS Project.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience coordinating teams in a fast-paced startup or private equity environment.
