What you will do

• Own the roadmap for the Connected Care portfolio with autonomous decision-making.
• Collaborate with neurologists, neuroscientists, data scientists, and engineers to translate complex clinical requirements into elegant user experiences.
• Utilize diverse healthcare datasets (EHR, claims, and device data) to power predictive analytics, generative insights, and biometric processing at scale.
• Manage stakeholders including marketing, legal, regulatory, and external partners in the life sciences and payer sectors.
• Launch AI-driven cognitive assessments into a major Payer workflow.
• Define and deploy a best-in-class brain health referral workflow that connects providers, payers, and clinical trials.

Requirements

• 7+ years of dedicated Software Product Management experience, with 10+ years of total professional experience.
• Proven track record of releasing digital products in highly regulated industries (HIPAA, FDA).
• Experience building and deploying AI-powered products at scale, including a deep understanding of how to make "black box" algorithms actionable for end-users.
• High degree of technical aptitude; comfortable discussing EHR integrations, FHIR standards, and claims data architecture.
• Self-starter with a strong bias toward action, comfortable navigating the ambiguity of a fast-paced startup environment.
• Must be based in the US.
