Salary: $485,000–$645,000 USD Annual

What you will do

• Own hirify.global’s end-to-end healthcare strategy and drive execution.
• Build and ship AI products addressing high-value workflows across the payer, provider, and health tech ecosystem.
• Serve as hirify.global’s external healthcare leader, engaging with customers, partners, and regulators.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across product, research, engineering, sales, and policy.
• Define product and research roadmaps in partnership with technical teams.
• Drive regulatory readiness, including HIPAA compliance, for healthcare products.

Requirements

• 10+ years of meaningful experience in the healthcare industry (payers, providers, or health tech), with deep understanding of administrative workflows, regulations (HIPAA, CMS), and related technology.
• Proven ability to build products or businesses from scratch (0→1) in complex, regulated environments.
• Strong cross-functional instincts, leadership, and willingness to engage in complex problem-solving.
• Strong product judgment and technical fluency to effectively collaborate with engineers and researchers.
• Exceptional communication skills, bridging AI capabilities, healthcare operations, regulatory, and business outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
