What you will do
- Source businesses within Square's ideal customer profile across various sizes and markets.
- Manage a diverse pipeline of businesses and prioritize outreach to accelerate sales cycles.
- Reach out to businesses through cold calling, emailing, and social selling at scale.
- Promote urgency through a solutions-based sales approach, identifying challenges and providing targeted value.
- Partner directly with Account Executives to identify winning strategies for outbound prospecting.
- Consistently attain and exceed monthly quotas.
Requirements
- 6+ months sales experience (door-to-door sales or Sales Development Representative background).
- Desire to grow a career in sales.
