What you will do

• Source businesses within Square's ideal customer profile across various sizes and markets.
• Manage a diverse pipeline of businesses and prioritize outreach to accelerate sales cycles.
• Reach out to businesses through cold calling, emailing, and social selling at scale.
• Promote urgency through a solutions-based sales approach, identifying challenges and providing targeted value.
• Partner directly with Account Executives to identify winning strategies for outbound prospecting.
• Consistently attain and exceed monthly quotas.

Requirements

• 6+ months sales experience (door-to-door sales or Sales Development Representative background).
• Desire to grow a career in sales.
