What you will do
- Strategically map out organizational charts and identify key decision-makers at Tier 1 & 2 Mortgage Lenders using intelligence tools.
- Orchestrate hyper-personalized, multi-channel outreach campaigns to C-suite executives.
- Secure and conduct initial discovery calls to validate opportunities, then seamlessly hand off to Senior BDEs.
- Act as market intelligence, identifying new verticals like PropTech, Affinity, HR portals, and SaaS for test campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the Vice President of Business Development and Senior Enterprise Closers to penetrate large lenders and banks.
Requirements
- 2+ years in B2B SaaS or Fintech Sales (Mortgage/Lending industry knowledge is a plus).
- High business acumen to navigate complex conversations, ask insightful discovery questions, and vet long-term partnership potential.
- Strong writing skills for crafting effective executive emails.
- Proficiency with CRM (ActiveCampaign), intelligence tools (Lusha, ZoomInfo), and video prospecting (Loom, BombBomb).
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis now and in the future.
