What you will do

• Manage existing partner relationships to drive incremental revenue and ensure program compliance.
• Direct the recruitment and engagement efforts for new partners to meet company initiatives.
• Design and implement enablement and promotional programs for regional sales success.
• Lead communication between partners and hirify.global, facilitating resources from corporate.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and drive product marketing and demand generation with partners.
• Monitor and report on the security vendor competitive situation within the regional channel.

Requirements

• 12+ years of Sales and Channel Sales experience in computer networking and security.
• Outstanding presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the Channel ecosystem (VARs, National Solution Providers, System Integrators, and Distributors).
• Proven, existing, and positive relationships within the regional partner ecosystem.
• Strong technical knowledge across various security and networking technologies.
• Ability to develop relationships and work extensively at the executive level.
• English: B2 required.
