What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns (Digital, Social, Print).
• Serve as the primary gatekeeper for quality, ensuring all creative output is 100% correct and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Manage the daily interaction and workflow between creative hubs in Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring efficient resource allocation and realistic timelines.
• Take full accountability for the financial hygiene of projects, managing Cost Estimates and Purchase Orders.
• Identify operational bottlenecks or technical risks early, proposing solutions and resolving friction points within the team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of agency experience with the creative and production lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess operational intelligence to understand the 'why' behind briefs and the 'how' of execution.
• Demonstrate precision and rigor with a 'get it right the first time' mentality and high attention to detail.
• Exhibit direct communication, valuing clarity over comfort with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Have a sound technical literacy in production processes across various media.
