What you will do
- Manage ANZ contract lifecycle, including creation, renewals, and DocuSign workflows.
- Oversee financial aspects like evergreen contracts, deposits, and reconciliations.
- Handle customer onboarding processes and support NPS/CX program activities.
- Provide Level 1 support for Salesforce queries and maintain data integrity.
- Conduct essential compliance checks (credit, sanctions, industry watchlist).
- Manage supplier-related administrative tasks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations or administration within a corporate environment.
- Strong experience in sales administration and contract management.
- Proficiency with DocuSign workflows and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills for effective internal and external collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
