Enterprise Account Executive (Sales): Driving sales, acquiring new logos, and managing key existing customers in the Malaysia Enterprise market with an accent on understanding business/IT roadmaps, solving pain points, and delivering business value. Focus on executing complex sales strategies, expanding business presence within accounts, and achieving sales quotas for allocated accounts and territory.

Location: Remote (Malaysia). The role requires selling to business and technology stakeholders in the Malaysia Enterprise market.

What you will do

  • Understand hirify.global’s product and ecosystem, conduct discovery calls, and facilitate customized demos and presentations to prospective customers.
  • Act as a multi-threaded, trusted advisor by understanding existing and future Business and IT roadmaps to drive hirify.global adoption.
  • Work intimately with hirify.global partners and service providers within the Malaysia market to deliver value to customers.
  • Qualify prospects, develop new sales opportunities, and grow ongoing revenue streams.
  • Land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities with accounts in your region.
  • Achieve sales quotas for allocated accounts and/or territory on a quarterly and annual basis by developing a regional sales plan.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales experience with consistent success in meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
  • Demonstrable experience selling technical solutions and SaaS into the enterprise market.
  • Proven experience executing enterprise complex sales strategies and tactics within Public Cloud, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or AI/ML.
  • Familiarity with a solution-based approach to selling and managing a complex sales process.
  • Ability to define and execute sales plans to meet strategic and financial targets.
  • Proven experience growing large complex deals and expanding business presence within customer accounts.

Nice to have

  • Experience and expertise in MEDDPICC or similar methodology.
