What you will do

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Business Development team, overseeing market expansion and revenue growth targets.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, utilizing a consultative approach for client solutions.
  • Diversify revenue sources, focusing on non-developer sales in financial services, related categories, and media agencies.
  • Build, develop, and manage a high-performing Sales Team, setting goals and providing mentorship.
  • Expand market penetration and sales coverage to reach the entire region, fostering partnerships with overseas developers.
  • Forge and nurture long-term strategic client relationships, interacting effectively with C-level clients and senior management.
  • Drive innovation in Business Development by collaborating with marketing, product, and events teams.

Requirements

  • Possess a strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate, inspire, and manage a high-performing Sales Team.
  • Have a proven track record in business development with extensive experience in sales management.
  • Possess a deep understanding of online media sales or general business development.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of market trends and dynamics to identify new opportunities.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills to evaluate business models and make data-driven decisions.
  • Be adaptable and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
