What you will do

  • Serve as the main point-of-contact during client onboarding, understanding needs and tailoring implementation plans.
  • Develop and manage project plans with clear milestones, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Proactively communicate project progress and reinforce the value of SaaS solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation Associates, Sales, Product, and Support.
  • Optimize client experience by delivering early value and collecting feedback for process improvement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in client onboarding, product implementation, and project management, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and prioritize their success.
  • Skilled in creating and managing project plans with achievable timelines and clear milestones.
  • Capable of identifying potential risks and implementing proactive solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to translate complex processes.
  • Must be based in the United States.
