What you will do
- Lead customer-facing technical implementations and stakeholder communication.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective resolutions during integration.
- Manage end-to-end technical deployments for seamless client system integration.
- Consult with clients, translating technical concepts into actionable solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
- 1+ years of experience with HL7v2, FHIR, and other healthcare data exchange standards.
- Hands-on experience with interface engine systems like Mirth or Rhapsody.
- Familiarity with APIs.
- Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with EHR systems.
- Familiarity with interoperability tools like IRIS.
- Background in healthcare IT integrations or system migrations.
