What you will do

• Simultaneously manage 30-40 smaller-scale implementation projects through their lifecycle.
• Support queue management for on-hold projects and maintain project schedules.
• Coordinate daily with clients to gather information, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Support technical resources across multiple projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Track and report project status, risks, and dependencies across the project portfolio.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure consistent project delivery standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT project coordination or junior PM roles.
• Basic understanding of cyber solutions and security implementations.
• Experience with fast-paced, high-volume project environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Demonstrated ability to context switch effectively and strong problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cyber solutions (Splunk, IBM, QRadar, etc.).
• CAPM certification or working toward PMP.
• Experience with project management tools and tracking systems.
