Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead client transitions from existing systems to the hirify.global product suite, ensuring smooth conversions.
• Serve as the primary client contact and subject matter expert on hirify.global products.
• Conduct client training sessions via phone, web, or in person.
• Analyze client needs, recommend solutions, and advise on best practices to achieve implementation goals.
• Ensure client requirements and objectives are well defined, documented, and understood.
• Maintain accurate project status in hirify.global’ project management system.

Requirements

• 2+ years of prior implementation or training experience.
• Experience in Vendor Management, Business Continuity, Enterprise Risk Management, and/or Lending Compliance preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web tools for conferencing and training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage project completion with tight deadlines.
