What you will do
- Manage and grow existing partner base, driving incremental revenue and ensuring program compliance.
- Direct the recruitment and engagement efforts of new partners to support company initiatives.
- Design, propose, implement, and execute enablement and promotional programs within the region.
- Build and execute Territory plans for both focus partners and select emerging partners.
- Act as the lead facilitator for communication between partners and hirify.global.
- Drive product marketing and demand generation activities with partners.
Requirements
- 12+ years of Sales and Channel Sales experience working with local, regional, and national partners in computer networking and security.
- Outstanding Presentation, Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
- Strong understanding of the Channel ecosystem, including VARs, National Solution Providers, System Integrators, and Distributors.
- Proven existing and positive relationships within the partner ecosystem in the region.
- Proven record of consistent over-achievement in quota-bearing roles.
- Strong technical knowledge with a broad range of security and networking technologies.
- Ability to develop relationships and work extensively at the executive level.
- Must be based in Australia.
