Channel Account Manager (IT Management): Spearheading growth and managing a sophisticated ecosystem of distributors, resellers, GSIs, and MSPs in the Middle East-African region with an accent on strategic business planning, market intelligence, and executive relationship management. Location: Remote (UAE). Willingness to travel extensively within the Middle East and Africa region is required.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with key partners to co-author comprehensive business plans aligned with digital initiatives, focusing on OKRs for pipeline generation and revenue targets.
  • Leverage deep market intelligence of the Middle East-Africa region to diagnose partner needs and position solutions as critical infrastructure.
  • Build high-trust, long-term relationships with Managing Directors and C-suite executives within the partner community.
  • Partner with local and regional distributors to streamline recruitment, onboarding, and the “quote-to-cash” process.
  • Proactively identify and recruit high-potential local partners to fill coverage gaps in key sectors.
  • Lead training initiatives to ensure partners meet global certification standards while adapting delivery styles to suit local professional culture.
  • Conduct rigorous Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ad-hoc performance audits to ensure partners meet their growth KPIs.
  • Act as a bridge between partners and internal teams (Marketing, Pre-sales, Legal) to accelerate sales cycles for complex regional tenders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Channel Management within the IT industry, specifically focusing on Middle East and Africa.
  • Strong grasp of IT management software, observability, and infrastructure monitoring solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of regional business etiquette and relationship-based selling.
  • Familiarity with regional procurement laws, local data and residency requirements.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quotas and managing complex partner ecosystems using OKRs and data-driven dashboards.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the Middle East and Africa region.
