Salary: $140,000–$150,000 OTE (80% Base, 20% Commission)

What you will do
- Cultivate and manage strong business relationships with A&E Program members and security specifiers.
- Serve as a technical liaison, providing design application assistance and support for Axis products.
- Drive program growth through outreach initiatives, training, education, and relationship management.
- Develop and implement a regional business strategy for the A&E community.
- Maintain accurate records of A&E Program members and specified opportunities using CRM tools.
- Work collaboratively with sales teams to ensure excellent customer service and achieve regional targets.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in security integration, security consulting, hardware installation, and technical sales.
- Comprehensive understanding of the physical electronic security industry and computer networking capabilities.
- Strong relationship management, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in system design and application, with an understanding of cybersecurity principles.
- Ability to travel approximately 50-75% for site visits, conferences, and trade shows.
- Self-motivated with efficient problem-solving abilities.
