What you will do

  • Own the growth and retention of existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell motions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for each account, mapping solutions to customer requirements.
  • Manage renewal forecasts, negotiations, and close by identifying and resolving risks.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless customer hand-off and product adoption.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and expansion quota attainment.
  • Document customer contact and activity data in CRM/Marketing software.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven tenure with tier-1 security and SaaS platform vendors.
  • Demonstrated quota attainment and consistent sales performance in competitive enterprise environments.
  • Expert-level experience in selling the company’s products and services.
  • Deep industry knowledge and understanding of customer decision-making processes.
  • Expert-level presentation, customer service, and negotiation skills.
