What you will do

• Stay current with Solutions Engineering methodologies and developments in the security landscape.
• Deliver impactful solutions that address client needs effectively and differentiate offerings.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives and internal teams to ensure alignment.
• Lead pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept evaluations.
• Provide clear, concise, and compelling explanations of product capabilities to customers and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes within pre-sales activities and assist in responses to RFPs/RFIs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering or technical support roles in privileged access management (PAM), identity security, or similar enterprise applications.
• 3+ years of experience working with global software vendors.
• Expertise in presenting technical solutions and differentiating products against competitors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Mac, Linux/Unix, Active Directory, SQL, VMware, and Hyper-V.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting at trade shows or conferences.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Certifications: CISSP, CISA, CCSP, CEH, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and environments.
• Experience with hirify.global solutions or similar technologies.
