What you will do
- Drive growth within the existing customer base in the Mid Market segment (300-1000 employees).
- Focus on expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Build and deepen relationships with current customers to maximize value and adoption.
- Partner with customers to understand evolving business goals, timelines, and success metrics.
- Analyze customer usage data to identify trends, expansion signals, and new opportunities.
- Become a product expert and deliver compelling presentations and product demos.
Requirements
- Based within a commutable distance to Dublin, Ireland and able to work in the office at least 3 days per week.
- Proven experience in sales roles focused on expanding and retaining existing customer relationships, ideally within SaaS.
- Strong track record of identifying and closing upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Experience managing Requests for Information (RFIs) or Requests for Quotes (RFQs).
Nice to have
- Experience selling project management or productivity software.
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Front, Salesforce, and Outreach.
- Exposure to customer service and technical support inquiries.
