What you will do
- Lead post-sales activities for customers through onboarding, implementation, and renewals.
- Partner with Account Managers to drive renewal and expansion opportunities.
- Act as the voice of the customer within hirify.global to influence strategy and product priorities.
- Serve as the point of contact, driving customers to achieve specific business outcomes on their timelines.
- Become a product expert on hirify.global's platform, compliance offerings (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, USDP), Trust Reports, and Risk Management solution.
- Provide insightful technical answers and recommend efficient compliance strategies using the platform.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company.
- Extensive experience with high-end exposure to C-level executives.
- Proven track record of long-term customer retention and hitting retention targets.
- Technical competency to understand hirify.global’s software and build relationships with highly technical customers.
- Clear and thoughtful communication skills, with strong critical thinking ability.
- English: B2 required.
