Location: Remote in the United States, or from San Francisco or New York hub offices.

Salary: $136,000 - $210,000 USD

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for business organizations, specifically Sales.
  • Partner with Sales leaders to develop top-of-funnel strategies for key marketing roles.
  • Source and build healthy, representative pipelines, handling inbound applications and referrals.
  • Leverage data to inform hiring strategy and articulate insights to executives.
  • Identify, conceptualize, and drive business improvement initiatives.
  • Champion initiatives relating to belonging, equity, and impact (BEI).

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience in a high-growth business.
  • Experience partnering with senior executives on high-volume searches in sales organizations.
  • Expert knowledge of the SaaS/scaling tech landscape and competitors.
  • Advanced sourcing and passive engagement skills.
  • Ability to build a talent strategy alongside hiring managers.
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
  • Must be able to work remotely in the United States or from US hubs.
  • In-person onboarding is required.

Nice to have

  • In-house experience recruiting for a SaaS company.
  • Experience hiring sales leadership roles at the Director level.
