Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid)
Salary: $244,000 — $335,000 USD

What you will do
- Develop and champion a comprehensive customer success strategy for the Federal and Public Sector.
- Recruit, mentor, and empower a team of managers and Customer Success Managers to deliver exceptional value.
- Implement engagement models to ensure high product adoption and maintain renewal rates above 94%.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Renewals, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
- Establish KPIs and leverage data analytics to optimize team performance and customer outcomes.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Sales, or Consulting within the SaaS industry.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management capacity.
- Deep understanding of the Federal and Public Sector, including FedRAMP and cloud security requirements.
- Strong business acumen and experience engaging with executive leadership.
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in a technical discipline.
- Must be located in the United States (Washington, DC area).
