Salary: $60,000–$140,000

What you will do

  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships as a trusted advisor, identifying and proposing innovative AI-driven content solutions.
  • Identify growth opportunities, demonstrating the value of hirify.global’s AI-driven and content automation solutions.
  • Manage account profitability, including budgeting, forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
  • Stay updated on AI, content automation, and ad tech trends to provide informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance) to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Proactively identify and solve issues, optimizing outcomes for clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 6–8+ years of experience in digital account management, client services, or client-facing roles, preferably in technology, advertising, or media agency environments, with strong project management skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of campaign management, advertising production processes, digital marketing strategies, and ad operations.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Google tools (e.g., Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Meet).
  • Experience managing financial tasks related to client accounts, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability (P&L).
  • Deep understanding and passion for agentic workflows, generative AI, machine learning, and ad tech, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with large, matrixed organizations and a track record of building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal).
