TL;DR

Senior Client Partner (AdTech): Managing and growing advertising partnerships for hirify.global's ad platform with an accent on driving year-over-year revenue growth and constructing upfront business plans. Focus on leveraging data to inform client strategies, building strong client relationships, and shaping hirify.global's ads product roadmap.

Location: This role is required to be based in New York.

Salary: $124,700 - $199,100 USD

What you will do

  • Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners, driving revenue growth.
  • Construct upfront and joint business plans with top clients.
  • Establish mutually beneficial relationships with new clients, educating them on hirify.global's ads platform.
  • Provide strategic, proactive, and consultative advice to clients to uplevel and grow relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Account Management, Ad Operations) to meet clients’ marketing goals.
  • Shape hirify.global’s ads product roadmap by aggregating and sharing client feedback and campaign metrics.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in digital media, with at least 7+ years in sales, Tech client experience preferred.
  • Experience owning partnerships with complex enterprise tech organizations.
  • Proven experience managing relationships up through C-level executives.
  • Deep industry expertise in specific verticals, product types, and/or measurement solutions.
  • Deep existing relationships within the agency and client direct space.
  • Subject matter expertise in the social media landscape and native advertising.
  • Experience building and executing long-term account growth strategies and demonstrated top-performer achievement against sales targets.
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience.
