What you will do
- Act as primary owner for Landing Zone Accelerator (LZA) and Proactive Health Check (PHC) best practices, collaborating with global Customer Experience (CX) teams.
- Lead working groups with CX to gather field insights, identify gaps, and ensure frameworks address commonly observed customer challenges.
- Translate CX learnings into clear, actionable best-practice recommendations and ensure CX teams are enabled with standardized guidance.
- Define, document, and continuously refine architectural and operational standards, including the Well-Architected Framework for PHC.
- Partner with Product Managers to validate requirement feasibility, provide technical context, and prioritize enhancements based on customer impact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within CX and cross-functional teams to identify and drive Product Best Practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years of direct customer support and/or release readiness experience, preferably in SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS environments.
- Minimum of 7+ years experience in technical program management and project management.
- Outstanding problem-solver, negotiator, and relationship-builder with a strong technical background to grasp highly technical subject matter.
- Excellent presentation and communications skills, both written and verbal, in a global environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of Data Cloud fundamentals and concepts.
